Yet another "simple" bulk bag filler has been recently introduced with the low cost customer in mind. It includes options for flat plate vibration to the bulk bag through the pallet and an option for weighing the bulk bag. For products that require only minimum densification, a weighing accuracy of +/- 20 pounds and no modular way to upgrade the filling system - this may fit the bill.
There is a concern with the design of the hanger arms for the bulk bag loops. The hanger arms are essentially straight horizontal poles which have nothing at the end of the pole, such as an angled upward slope, to prevent the front two bulk bag loops from slipping off of the hanger arms.
